frankjr Posted June 8, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted June 8, 2018 In inbound i haven't problem, the issue it's only outgoing...9 seconds it's to much. I have seen others version of swyx, and the calls in outbound take short time around 4/5 seconds. I don't know what i can do ?
gera Posted June 8, 2018 #7 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Hi, Check with your ITSP if they're sending back SIP 180 ringing or 183 session in progress? Should be 180 ringing. Check if you have the following registry entry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Swyx\IpPbxSrv\CurrentVersion\Options] "SIPCollectDigitsTimeout"=dword:00000000 Kind regards, Germans. gera Posted June 8, 2018 #9 Share Posted June 8, 2018 How about the registry entry? Don't forget restart LinkManager. Meanwhile I will ask our provider what they did on their SBC to fix it.
gera Posted June 8, 2018 #10 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Sorry SwyxServer service because of "IpPbxSrv" registry entry.
gera Posted June 8, 2018 #11 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Also see wireshark trace: it take more than 4 secs for your ITSP to provide SIP 180 RBT after "100 Giving a try"
frankjr Posted June 8, 2018 Author #12 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Hi Gera, yes i restarted the service and the server. I noticed that when i use another softphone (like xlite) the call take 4/5 seconds, why?

gera Posted June 11, 2018 #14 Share Posted June 11, 2018 Got reply from my ITSP. They were sending SIP 183 Session in Progress instead of 180 Ringing and there was Early Media Detection enabled on their SBC. Also on you second trace your ITSP sending SIP 183 now instead of 180 as per original screenshot. Looks inconsistent. My advice to raise a ticket with them. frankjr Posted June 11, 2018 Author #15 Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi Gera thanks for reply, but i don't understand why with another client SIP (xlite https://www.counterpath.com/x-lite/ ) it's works, and with SwyxIt doesn't work. It's possible there's some hide configuration of swyxIt to modify? Maybe from register....
