Our reporting software reports response time between DeliveredDate and ConnectDate. The issue I have is that the delivered date resets when the call passes to the next connect block. I want to record CurDateTime() in a new variable, MyDeliveredDate, before the first connect block and set DeliveredDate to MyDeliveredDate in the database upon connection.
