Ivo van Gastel Posted September 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2017 Hi, We have a Swyx PBX with Swyx phones and an ISDN trunk. All calls are being recorded. Now we added 5 SIP intercom devices to the network. Because call through these devices should be recorded as well we connected them to a Yealink PBX and setup a SIP trunk between the Yealink and the Swyx BPX. The intercom devices can make calls to the programmed internal destinations. However calls were not recorded because the voice stream was setup directly between the Swyx phone and the intercam device. No problem because Yealink can record calls as well. To open a door we need to press 6 within the call between the Swyxphone and the intercom. No tone is heard at the intercom. I tested to call to my mobile phone and press 6 on the Swyxphone. This worked fine. Is DTMF signalingsomething to be setup in the sip trunk or does the intercom tell the Swyxphone to use DTMF signaling when it setsup the call? kind regards, Ivo
