Number of calls in queue (Warteschlange Anzahl)

With vbscript and  QueueManager.COM.QueueMgrClass it is possible to get the Number of calls in queue (e.g. GetCurrentQueueSize ) it is on serverside.
But how can i get the number of calls in queue with the .net sdk?

I iterate the Namelist with -> int NumKeys = clmgr.DispNumberOfSpeedDials;  

but how can i check the queue, is there any way thanks.

The QueueManager service exports a COM interface only, so you can't access it via .Net but only via COM.
