Most Valued User mortenrokosz Posted November 7, 2016 Most Valued User #1 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Hi Is there anyone who have managed to disable all call routing scripts on a user using powershell? I am not trying to delete the scripts, only disable them. Thanks.
Most Valued User ogoettlich Posted November 7, 2016 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Hi Morten, a while ago I had a look about handling Call Routings, but I think there is no way to do that. It would be possible by parsing the VBS and switch on/off the configuered Call Routings, but it cannot work because of the Signature. The Signature could be created by using this Tool but the Signature Check did not work for VBS Code which was changing before (of course), so I gave up. If someone has a solution, I would also appreciate to share the information. A possible workaround would be, to create one generic Call Routing for each user and include a database connection to check the flag for this user. This flag value could be changed and triggered by i.e. a Powershell script which connects the database.
Tom Wellige Posted November 9, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Hi Morten, the only way to enable/disable call routing scripts is manually through the call routing manager. I would also like to suggest the already mentioned workaround. That could for example easily be done by using the persistent variables. How are things far up in the north?
