Diennea Posted October 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 6, 2016 Hi, on Call Routing Manager I need to setup a queue with a wait music and also a message (every 30 seconds) who simply inform the caller that "operators are busy, please hold on". I do not want to play remaining time and queue position so I cannot use Say position pre Say position post Say remaining time pre Say remaining time post There is a way to do that? Now what I do is edit music audio file pasting the message but it is not a good solution. Any suggestion? Thanks regards

What do you mean with "disable the sound in this block"?
Most Valued User srom Posted October 6, 2016 Most Valued User #4 Share Posted October 6, 2016 Okay sorry i think you want only to disable this function. the only way to do this is to edit an own HoldMusik with this message. There is no Way so play own Messege into the SwyxQueue.

Most Valued User Markus Wallner Posted October 7, 2016 Most Valued User #6 Share Posted October 7, 2016 You could use one of the announcements (e.g. Say position pre). In this case, the position will be announced. If you replace the .wav files for these announcements with silence, you will get the desired effect. Make sure to place the "empty" wav files for the number announcements (one.wav, two.wav, ..., zero.wav) into the USER scope of your script user into the database. Do not store them into the GLOBAL store, otherwise all users would be affected.
