Ricardo van Dijk Posted August 26, 2016 #4 Share Posted August 26, 2016 Hi, We have had the exact same situation. After looking at the iOS log files we discovered the iPHONE was connecting to a wrong IP address. Apparently we made a typo while entering the RemoteConnector server adrress when running Swyxware Configuration Wizard. Even though you specifiy the server and external server in the iPhone app, it tries to connect to the server that was specified when running the Config Wizard. The Android client and SwyxIt! don't have this problem, they just connect to the server you specify in the app. Kind regards, Ricardo
ChristianH Posted August 29, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted August 29, 2016 Thank you very much Ricardo, I'll have a look into that.
ChristianH Posted August 30, 2016 Author #6 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Wir konnten unser Problem lösen.

maxxex Posted January 30, 2017 #19 Share Posted January 30, 2017 I have this SSL problem at customers which have SwyxServers on Win2008R2 Servers, but everything is OK with customers who have 2012R2 as operating system. Dont know if this is just coincidence or else.

Roy Posted January 30, 2017 #22 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Latest SwyxWare version here, with valid 3rd party SSL certificate. On Server 2008R2, still got the problem. Talked to our supplier and they told us Swyx is looking for a solution at the moment..
Most Valued User SvenS Posted January 30, 2017 Most Valued User #23 Share Posted January 30, 2017 habe es gerade nochmal getestet 10.30.2429 und 10.40.2513 beides auf Server 2008R2 mit SSL Fehler
Gunnar Posted January 31, 2017 #24 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Works fine with swyx v10.40.2540 and Windows 2012 R2 Datacenter. We did an upgrade on this customer pbx, both windows server (from 2008R2) and swyx server. This is probably more related to the windows server version rather than swyx server version
mameier1234 Posted January 31, 2017 #25 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Gelöst !!!!! This is a known problem. Please try the following work around as given below: Apple requires TLS 1.2 for all connections an app makes. Therefore Swyx Mobile for iOS 1.2.0 can only connect to SwyxWare with TLS 1.2. As per Apple’s policy it is no longer allowed to fall back to an older protocol version when the server does not support TLS 1.2. SwyxWare already supports TLS 1.2, but relies on Microsoft’s TLS implementation in Windows Server. To enable TLS 1.2 on your Windows Server where SwyxWare is running, do the following: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client] "DisabledByDefault"=dword:00000000 "Enabled"=dword:00000001 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Server] "DisabledByDefault"=dword:00000000 "Enabled"=dword:00000001 Reboot the Server after changing the Register key.
