Getting2knowSwyx Posted December 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Hi all, I need to change the phone numbers of 2 employees in our organization, since they changed roles and the number of one of them is in service level contracts our customers have.What is the best practice in this? Within the SwyxWare Administration open the numbers configuration for the users in questions. From there you can configure any internal and external number for them.
