Tom Wellige Posted June 17, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 17, 2016 Trunk recording could be stopped with a DTMF codes, but you can't send them from within the call routing. A possible solution would: user who gets a call has two numbers one number with trunk recording permanently on, and one number with trunk recording permanently off hide the "off" number from the phone book, so only the "recording" number is known to anyone within call routing ask via dtmf menu of caller wants calls to get recorded if yes connect to original destination if no connect to the hidden "none recording" number Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
