Depending on how much time you want to invest into this and of course on your knowledge it would be possible to add this actually: a call routing script on the conference user stores the name/number of current caller into database. Then connects the caller to the conference room and waits for disconnect. On disconnect it removes the caller from the database again a small website reads all callers from the database and displays them. within the SwyxIt! client a skin with a "WebExtension" is either chosen or build to display the above website. Can you share any information regarding new features here? Swyx fell a lot behind with its built-in conference and collaboration options and we see a lot of competition especially from the Lync/Skype for Business fraction here.
