Strange Action Of "connect_To" With Mobile Extension, Fault Or Feature

Dear experts,

 

Within a Call routing concept I use the "Connect_To" Block with mobile extension

connecting the link "Not delivered" (Nicht zugestellt) to a voice mail box.

 

Everything worked fine till the SIM card conked out.

 

In this situation, now there are two operation status active

- deliverable to the netphone client

- not delieverable to the mobile phone

 

Unfortunately the machine seems to operate these both status with "OR" instead of "AND"

and defines the call not delivered despite the fact that it could be delivered to the netphone client

and guides the call further to the voice mail box.

 

I suppose this to be a fault and not a feature.

However is there a work around to force the call-routing handling such a case according "AND"

Unfortunately "NO-Wizard" regarding Swyx call routing.

maybe not the nicest trick in town, but: if the "connect to"-block jumps directly to "not delivered", connect this exit to another "connect to"-block where you try it again (but this time without MEM-devices), for lets say only 2-3 seconds. There you have all the exits again...
