ANSWERED Netphone Client History List Issue

My collegue has a problem when he is on the phone and another client calls,  that number just show on the list next day. so history call it's always from yesterday.


how can I fix it

That sounds quite strange...


What if you restart your client? Will you get the caller list afterwards correctly?


Is it possible that either your server machine or your client machine does not match the Netphone requirements?
