Freshdesk Integration


This extension provides Freshdesk ticket functionality to the SwyxWare call routing:

 

  • Create Ticket (for example to register a callback request)
  • Create Note (create a new comment (private or public) to an existing ticket)
  • Check Status (check the current status of an existing ticket)
