  1. Hello, how can I customize the button F11? I tried to followed the post https://www.swyxforum.com/topic/1722-f11-without-the-leading-0/?tab=comments#comment-3944 but it doesn't work, do you have some idea? Because now when I'm in the browser and I select a number, swyx automatically add a 0 before the number, and I would like to change it in *1. Best regards, Frank
  2. Hello Varmenni, the behavior of swyx it's very strange, because i noticied that if I use the "trunk group selection prefix" there aren't problem and i can ear the voice machine, why? Do you have some idea? My customer does not want to update swyx until I solve the problem 😞
  3. Hello guys, can i add a default selection prefix in the line one of swyxIt! (for example 1*) to use a specific trunk to doesn't repeat it every time that i dial a number? Someone can help me please? Thanks Frank

Hello Mark, 1 in active calls when you dial the number can you see it going out on the VODA trunk group. - Yes the trunk goes in the right direction 2 While the link manager trace files are usefull faults like this are easier to see in my opinion in wireshark. So if you can grab a trace and have a look at the sip flow it would be useful. Any problems you can always PM me if you dont want to put the pcap here. - I attached the flow. Could be possibile that the problem resides in the swyx client? Because in the capture i can hear the voice machine.

Hello Mark, sorry, I try to explain myself better: in swyx i use the line one to call outside with a specific trunk through the priority and the source number (in this case 500) but when i try to call a non-existent number or when the answering machine answers, i hear the ring and not he voice of the answer machine, why? I'm getting crazy
  6. Hello guys, I have a very strange behavior in my swyx server 2013 R6, when I try to call a phone off I can't hear the answering machine but the ring, why? This behavior happening only when i use the internal number of the group (for example i set the line one with the group internal number), when i use the line of the user with the same trunk there aren't problem, why?   7. Hello guys, i have an issue with swyx 2013 R6, when i make an outbound with SwyxIT, the call arrive after 9 seconds, why? If i use XLITE the call it's very fast (around 4/5 seconds) what can i do to fix the problem? I attached the flow of a call with Xlite and Swyx. Regards Franco

  11. Hi Gera thanks for reply, but i don't understand why with another client SIP (xlite https://www.counterpath.com/x-lite/ ) it's works, and with SwyxIt doesn't work. It's possible there's some hide configuration of swyxIt to modify? Maybe from register....

  13. Hi Gera, yes i restarted the service and the server. I noticed that when i use another softphone (like xlite) the call take 4/5 seconds, why?

  15. In inbound i haven't problem, the issue it's only outgoing...9 seconds it's to much. I have seen others version of swyx, and the calls in outbound take short time around 4/5 seconds. I don't know what i can do ?
